There is subtle line between peak performance and burnout
After running the AI system for few days along my work resposibilities and other ambitions I started getting tired. I lead a project that should be finished pretty soon and is my iniative. I have worked on it for 8 months now on top of all the company politics and lobbying to get to do it. It feels like pulling a stone ledge. I also want to improve on calisthenics and pratice rap. Now I had made an AI system that did not get tired and asked for my steering any time of the day. It also made me worried as I did not have time to check all it's work thoroughly. So I was bombarded by complex questions from multiple fronts that needed my attention. The AI also had physical presence. Every morning I woke up at 8am and I would hear the GPU fans start to spin faster and louder as the system woke up with same sleeping schedule as I did. I would go make my morning coffee and open my work laptop wondering what the AI agent would message me next, while looking the messages my coworkers who do the testing of the app I have been building would send me. All while thinking when I have time to do calishtenics and rap. I noticed that I did not recover fully with good night sleep or proper food. I had hit my limit and decided to slow down and drop self imposed goals and deadlines and only worry about the ones at work. Because work by it's own is easy to handle. I just need to find the line where peak performance and burnout lies and not cross it.
